Kick off Nantucket’s Christmas Stroll weekend with one of the season’s most festive waterfront gatherings. The Maria Mitchell Association’s 3rd Annual Deck the Wharf Bash returns to Straight Wharf Fish on Friday, December 4, 2026, from 7–10 p.m. Maria Mitchell Association
Held at Straight Wharf Fish, 4 Harbor Square, the evening brings together festive food, drinks, music, and holiday entertainment in the heart of Nantucket’s waterfront. Guests are encouraged to dress in their favorite holiday attire and enjoy an evening beneath the twinkling lights during one of the island’s most anticipated weekends of the year. Festive Bites, Bubbly & More
Chefs Gabriel and Kevin of Straight Wharf Fish will prepare an extensive tasting experience featuring caviar, gourmet bites, signature burgers, and other seasonal surprises. Champagne and festive cocktails will also flow throughout the evening. Maria Mitchell Association

Tickets & VIP Packages
Individual tickets are $650, with $400 tax-deductible. The event is limited to just 100 guests, with proceeds supporting the Maria Mitchell Association’s year-round educational and science programming. Maria Mitchell Association

The Holly Jolly Package includes tickets for four, a private table, champagne bottle service, caviar, early-entry stargazing with an MMA astronomer, and holiday gifts.
