“July sales were just shy of $100 million and were led by two property purchases along Sankaty Head Road by the same buyer totaling $19 million. July transactions brought year-to-date totals to $532 million through 140 property sales. Nearly 30 percent of July sales took place at full or above full asking price, illustrating the continued pressure on prices given the limited inventory. The biggest discount to the original listing price was for a single-family home that sold for 32 percent less than the original price.
