We are elated to share that Fisher Real Estate Broker, Gina O’Callaghan, has gained a new credential as a Certified Residential Specialist, or CRS. Gina has joined the ranks of only one of three Brokers on Nantucket who are certified as a CRS. Additionally, only 2% of the Realtor population country-wide holds this credential.

A CRS designation is the highest level of education in the field of real estate. It requires at least 10 years licensed as an agent, having closed on 150 transactions total, (or $1m in gross sales per year with at least 40 transactions), and having completed the Education Program from the Residential Real Estate Council.

Gina also has her RSPS certification, which is for REALTORS® who specialize in buying, selling, or management of properties for investment, development, retirement, or second homes in resort, recreational, and/or vacation destinations.
