Autumn on Nantucket means scalloping season, getaways, and inspiration for artists

October marks the beginning of the recreational scalloping season on Nantucket. The folks from Fisher Real Estate welcomed Erika Tarantal on their company outing to teach her how to fish for scallops. Fisher Real Estate Principal Jen Allen also owns Tidal Creeks Boat Store with her husband, Mike. The store is adjacent to the town pier and can provide all the equipment needed for recreational scalloping.
