“Following on the heels of a vibrant start to the fourth quarter in October, November sales tallied $172 million through 42 transactions bringing preliminary year-to-date totals to $1.44 billion.

Monthly sales were led by four ultra-high-end sales including the $20 million sale of 7 Chase Links Circle along the Cliff. It also included a property that has been marketed for sale (off and on) since 2009. Interestingly, this property sold for $100k less that the price it was listed for 13 year ago.

After a dip in October, new purchase activity soared to 28 new contracts (Christmas presents?) while new inventory was similar to last month to include 18 new property listings.
