After the tremendous start to 2018, with the first quarter surpassing every previous monthly record dating back to 2006, 2019 figures already look quite a bit different.  Through February 28, 2019, there were 46 property transactions totaling $95.3 million.  While this is only half of the transaction and dollar volume tallied in 2018, the figures are nearly identical to what the market posted in 2017 so 2018 may prove to be a unique outlier.  We will have to see what unfolds in the next 30-90 days to better understand the data and developing trends. Here are Fisher’s February Market Insights…
