Gina O’Callaghan

Gina obtained her real estate sales license in 2004 and has been deeply involved in real estate now for over 20 years. Coupled with many years in the construction industry on the island, she understands the intricacies of building or renovation work on our small spit of sand and how to assess a property for its highest potential, shepherding her clients’ vision in a calm and knowledgeable way.

Gina has lived on Nantucket for over 18 years. Her knowledge of the island, combined with her experience in off-island real estate markets, broadens her ability to represent sellers and buyers. She was a team leader for a successful Re/Max sales team before moving to Nantucket. Her clients say she is even-keeled, attentive, and incredible to work with.

Gina grew up in a large family in a tight-knit central Massachusetts town and values the sense of community found on Nantucket. Her proudest achievement is easily her two girls, ages 6 and 8. When not working or traveling with her family, Gina can be found cheering on her girls in their various activities, such as soccer, lacrosse, Irish step dance, ballet, or gymnastics. Her husband, Sean, runs a successful landscaping company on the island, which lends itself nicely to being able to provide future concepts for the exterior of homes.
