Over the course of this six-hour hands-on workshop, participants will dive deeply into the art of floral design to create two spectacular take-home arrangements (valued at $300+). The morning will focus on tips, trends and techniques for bouquet making, and the afternoon will focus on designing vibrant, lush and “earthy elegant” centerpieces that are the signature look of Love’n Fresh Flowers. A delicious catered lunch by the Nantucket Yacht Club is included. Participants will receive an abundance of farm-fresh blooms grown and harvested from Jennie Love’s urban farm in Philadelphia.

There will be live demonstrations, personalized instruction, ample hands on assistance and an opportunity to have your work photographed by a professional photographer. Participants will leave with a strong sense of what seasonally-inspired design is, honed floral skills, and a wider network of flower friends. Please register early to secure a space. We are happy to provide a free delivery service to transport your creations to your home following the event.
About Jennie Love: Owner and Creative Director at Love ‘n Fresh Flowers, Jennie Love is a trained horticulturist and life-long farmer. She was named one of the top wedding florists in the nation by Martha Stewart Weddings. Jennie has led many design workshops and several accredited classes for Longwood Gardens’ Floral Design Certificate Program.
