Although there is still snow on the ground, it seems as though most have summer in mind. 2021 is looking to continue the hot streak of the 3rd and 4th quarters of 2020 and rentals are looking no different. We have seen record bookings thus far and many of our visitors are extending their time on island beyond the traditional single week stays. High demand coupled with a reduced rental inventory due to a robust sales market has us seeking new relationships with rental homeowners.
