I first landed on Nantucket back in 2010 with an amazing summer job opportunity and fell in love with the small-town feel immediately. I still remember the first words that came out of my mouth when I walked to Surfside Beach, “this is the most beautiful place I have ever seen.” I grew up in Southborough, Massachusetts, and graduated from Algonquin Regional High School. I’ve always had an artist side of me whether it being singing, music, photography. I actually tried out for The Voice and America’s Got Talent. Nantucket has always been so special to me. It’s almost like an invisible connection. It just feels right. When I started taking photos, my love for capturing the island’s beauty grew. As an avid walker, I always find the nooks and crannies of Nantucket. I always try to take a photo that tells a story. So the person sitting at home can make their own story through the photograph. I am currently a Chef at Bartlett’s Ocean View Farm. I enjoy feeding the island year-round with our amazing fresh foods. When I am not working, you can see me picking up a coffee from Corner Table and walking around town taking photos.
