Leave it to our friend Rebecca from Rebecca Love Photography to round up the 7 most Instagram-worthy spots across the Island that you must hit up to document your Nantucket vacation! Rebecca does hundreds of photoshoots throughout the year including weddings and family portrait sessions and knows the best places, both popular and unique, to capture the magic of Nantucket year-round.

Madaket

Sip on a Madaket Mystery, enjoy blackened mahi-mahi tacos and capture the sun as it sets over Madaket Beach from every foodie’s favorite spot for delicious grub and chill views, Millie’s Restaurant. If you took your tacos to go, set up a blanket on Madaket Beach and watch the sun drop below the horizon with your closest friends and family! This photo spot is what Instagram dreams are made of!

Cisco Brewers

Bring the pups, grab a bench, and crack open a Nantucket Lime as you pose for a selfie with your bestie at Nantucket’s famed Brewery. And don’t forget to tag #NiceBeerIfYouCanGetIt or #CiscoBrewers for a chance to be featured on their Instagram page!

Compass Rose

While checking out the shops downtown, you might want to stop at the corner of Main and Washington Streets to take a photo in front of Nantucket’s Compass Rose. The famed mural has been a Nantucket icon for about 75 years.

Brant Point Lighthouse

You won’t want to miss another Nantucket landmark, the adorable Brant Point Lighthouse. Be sure to snap a picture as you sail into Nantucket Harbor on the Hyline’s Grey Lady.

Daffodil Festival

In the spring, be sure to #ACKDaffy on your post of the ornate vehicles at the antique Car Parade, the window decorating contest or all of the daffodil-adorned hats at the famous Sconset Tailgate Picnic at Nantucket’s Daffodil Festival. We’re pretty confident the festival will be back next year!

Stroll in Town

In winter, bundle up for Christmas Stroll to catch the tree lighting on Main Street and grab a hot chocolate as you wait for Santa, and don’t forget #NantucketNoel.

Rose-covered Cottages in Sconset

Take a bike ride to Sconset Market to grab a delicious scone or pose in front of the hydrangeas and rose bushes in picturesque Sconset Village. Each and every corner offers major Instagram-worthy moments!
