David Brooks is an Op-Ed columnist for The New York Times and an Executive Director at the Aspen Institute. He is also a commentator on “The PBS Newshour,” NPR’s “All Things Considered” and NBC’s “Meet the Press.” He is the author of five NY Times best-selling books including his latest, The Second Mountain: The Quest for a Moral Life, in which he articulates the virtues of neighborhood. Mr. Brooks started and leads Weave, a cultural movement whose purpose is to renew America’s social fabric. Mr. Brooks also teaches at Yale University, and is a member of the American Academy of Arts & Sciences.
