Beginning at 5:00 am on January 14, 2020, reservations for travel to Nantucket only from May 15, 2020 through October 20, 2020 may be made via the internet. Reservation requests will also be accepted through the mail. Up to five transactions (one-way or round-trip) will be accepted per mailing. All reservations mail requests will be processed as received, beginning on January 14, 2020. During this time the reservation office hours will be extended to provide support to our internet/web customers. Office hours on Janaury 14 & Janaury 15, 2020 will be from 5:00 am to 6:00 pm. On all other dates normal business hours are 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, daily.
Transferable Headstart Reservations
Three of the five Headstart transactions may be designated as transferable reservations. A transfer slip will be sent and must be returned no later than May 15, 2020 or 30 days prior to the scheduled departure of the first segment of the reservation. Customers must provide their name, address and the year, make and model of the vehicle traveling. A confirmation will then be sent to the customer.
2020 Telephone, Internet and Mail Opening
Reservation for travel from May 15, 2020 through October 20, 2020 may be made beginning on January 28, 2020 at 7:30 AM via the telpehone, internet or mail.
2020 Fall Reservation Opening: Beginning Monday, June 15, 2020
Reservations for travel from October 21, 2020 through January 3, 2021 may be made via the internet, the telephone or in person. Up to five transactions (one-way or round-trip) will be accepted per telephone call. Reservations can also be submitted via the mail.
Please note: When making a vehicle reservation, you must provide the year, make, model, and license plate number of the vehicle you will be transporting. All vehicle reservations are non-transferable.
