To ensure that both visitors and residents enjoy a well-maintained island, we are excited to share that the Town of Nantucket has reintroduced the “Click & Fix Nantucket” app. When this was introduced a few years ago it proved to be very successful…. potentially too successful at the time and the town wasn’t quite ready to embrace the full potential. But now it is back! It would be great to help support this initiative and help improve the town’s overall public infrastructure.
This innovative tool empowers everyone on Nantucket to report non-emergency issues directly to local departments. From potholes and broken streetlights, to litter and general poor and unsafe conditions, Click & Fix makes it easy to help keep Nantucket enjoyable for all.
Using “Click & Fix Nantucket” is simple. With just a few taps on your smartphone, you can report issues to the Town of Nantucket. The app allows you to take a photo, pinpoint the location on a map, and provide a brief description of the problem. Once submitted, your report sent to the appropriate local department. This ensures that issues are reported, minimizing disruptions and maintaining the island’s charm and functionality.
