Health Imperatives Nantucket offers services in Spanish, Portuguese, and English. 

Sexual & Reproductive Health/Family Planning

• Confidential, free or low-cost sexual & reproductive health services including: gynecological and male exams; testing for STDs including syphilis, gonorrhea, Chlamydia, HIV and Hepatitis; HIV prevention medication (PrEP); HPV  vaccination (Human Papilloma Virus); emergency contraception; birth control; pregnancy testing and counseling; gender affirming hormone therapy and more.
• Most private health insurances and MA Commonwealth Care plans and MassHealth accepted
• Sliding Fee schedule for uninsured or confidential; no one denied services due to inability to pay

WIC (Women, Infants, and Children) Nutrition Program

• FREE nutritious food for children under 5 and pregnant, post-partum and breastfeeding moms (includes milk, cheese, eggs, fruit, vegetables, whole grains) valuing $70 per month per child and $75 for breastfeeding moms
• FREE nutrition counseling and breastfeeding support
• Eligibility: automatic if individual/family has MassHealth, SNAP, Cash Assistance and/or Food stamps or if WIC income guidelines are met

Healthy Families & Young Parent Services

• FREE education, home visiting, case management and support services for pregnant or parenting mothers & fathers
