The Madaket Density Study: With and Without Sewer

As the Town of Nantucket works to address water quality concerns by planning for sewer extension to the Madaket area, the Madaket Conservation Association, Nantucket Land Council, and ACKNow are taking a closer look at how sewer may impact future development. Eliminating bedroom restrictions associated with local and state septic regulations has the potential to dramatically change Madaket’s growth and redevelopment.
