We are excited to announce that the 11th Annual Run for Robin will take place on Sunday, November 23, 2025.
The Run for Robin 5K will continue a deeply meaningful Nantucket tradition and serve as the major fundraising event for the Harvey Foundation. The race was originally established in honor of Robin Harvey, who was tragically struck and killed by a car while training for the Boston Marathon.
In Robin’s graceful memory, the community has come together each year to celebrate her life and spirit through this event. Over the past decade, more than 5,000 participants have joined the race, helping to raise vital funds for the Harvey Foundation and its scholarship program.
To date, the Foundation has awarded over $140,000 in scholarships to deserving student-athletes pursuing higher education—most of which has been made possible through the proceeds from this run. As the organization continues to expand its outreach and impact on Nantucket, the Run for Robin remains at the heart of its mission to inspire generosity, perseverance, and community spirit.
