Erin Wilson

Raised outside of Philadelphia and later based in Boston after graduating from the University of Vermont, Erin first discovered Nantucket during weekend escapes while building her career in marketing at Bose Corporation. In 2014, she purchased her first Nantucket home sight unseen while working abroad in Paris—a decision that ultimately led her to make the island home in 2016 and launch her real estate career shortly after.

Through her own experience buying, renovating, and selling properties, Erin brings firsthand insight into maximizing value and navigating the island’s highly nuanced market. She understands what it means to buy from afar, invest strategically, and create a home that reflects both lifestyle and long-term goals.

With over $230 million in Nantucket real estate sales, Erin has established herself as a respected and well-connected presence in the island market. Her strong relationships within the brokerage community provide valuable insight into upcoming and off-market opportunities, while her extensive network and clear, consistent communication ensure clients feel informed and confidently positioned from first conversation through closing.

Erin holds an MBA from Boston University and has long been involved in the Nantucket community, including work with the Boys & Girls Club. In 2017, she founded A Salty Soul, a local lifestyle brand with a giveback component—an entrepreneurial passion she later set aside to focus fully on real estate.

In 2021, Erin expanded her coastal footprint by purchasing a condo in West Palm Beach, Florida, where she also holds a real estate license—allowing her to thoughtfully connect clients between two sought-after coastal markets.

Outside of real estate, Erin enjoys beach days, backyard barbecues with friends, and spending time with her mini goldendoodle, Biggie Smalls. She’s also working on her tennis and golf games—approaching both with enthusiasm and a healthy sense of humor.
