Surfside Beach Shack is not just for burgers anymore! Offering tacos, wraps, salads, lobster rolls and so much more, this is a one-stop summer shop. Located in the parking lot of Surfside Beach, they also offer chair and umbrella rentals.

45 Surfside Bakery & Café is a small café offering sandwiches, salads, breakfast options and pastries. Located right on the bike path, this is the perfect spot to grab some snacks for the beach. The owner/chef is an award-winning baker from the mainland so be sure to try the pastries and cakes, everything is incredibly delicious.

Yummy is a take-out café also located on the Surfside bike path. They have a casual front yard, with beach chairs and picnic tables. It’s a great pit stop for ice cream or smoothies on your way home from the beach.

Beaches

Surfside Beach is family-friendly and is known as one of the most popular beaches on the island. Located at the end of Surfside Road, there are lifeguards on duty during the summer season and ample car and bike parking. There are also restrooms, showers and food services here.

Fishermans & Stones Beach has become a popular spot in recent years. Situated between Nobadeer and Surfside, this beach has great surf and is a favorite with locals.  Be aware that there is limited parking, no lifeguards or restrooms,  and there can be rough surf and undertow.

Nobadeer Beach allows drive-on beach access and is popular with younger crowds. This beach has great surf, a few food trucks and limited on-street parking.  The beach is located near the airport so be sure to look up to see the incoming and outgoing air traffic.
