May sales activity included 19 transactions totaling $55M and was led by the second-highest transaction of the year, the $23.5M waterfront sale of 248 & 250 Polpis Road. While overall monthly transaction and dollar volume since March certainly trails 2019 activity, contract activity was more robust than it had been in April and early June activity looks promising. New property listings also made a strong return with 60 listings added to the MLS in May compared to just 22 in April.
