There are three bedrooms, all en-suite with two living areas which helps make this a comfortable house for a group. In addition, you have a pool surrounded by protected land which makes this a little oasis right outside of downtown.

This vacation rental is a great space for multigenerational groups. There are six bedrooms, all on the first floor. The second floor has two separate living areas, a large kitchen, dining room and wrap-around deck for alfresco dining. There is a large yard for kids (or adults!) to play in and a little path that cuts through to Hulbert Avenue which provides fast and easy beach access.

This ’Sconset Cottage is the perfect spot to spend your summer vacation on Nantucket. It has three bedrooms, two full baths and is about a quarter mile from Main Street in ’Sconset. There is a huge yard that is perfect for playing whiffle ball and corn hole. The large back deck that is very private and is a great place to enjoy a warm summer evening.

Located literally across the street from Miacomet Beach, this is the perfect spot for a beach vacation. You have panoramic views of the water and can easily go for a morning swim or do a little late-night surfcasting. The back deck has big outdoor couches so you can have a barbecue and then lie back and look at the stars! It is also right around the corner from Bartlett’s and the Brewery, so you never have to go too far for groceries and fun.

This is a gorgeous house located off Cliff Road and is close to Town, Steps Beach and Something Natural. It is great for those that want to be close to all the amenities of Town, but still want privacy. There is a second-floor deck for dining outdoors along with a spacious back yard that abuts Land Bank Property. Liza Hatton

A Lincoln, Massachusetts native, Liza has a long-running history with Nantucket as she grew up spending her summers on the island. Liza went to University of Connecticut in Storrs, where she majored in Psychology and Sociology (perfect for a career in real estate!), and continued coming to Nantucket to work in the hospitality industry during her summer breaks. After graduating, Liza spent a few years working outside of Boston, but she yearned to be back on-island full time and moved to the island year-round in 2011. Liza has a wealth of real estate experience, having served as the rental and business manager at a large real estate office on Nantucket and spending three years in construction project management with one of the island's premier builders. Liza also has her Massachusetts Construction Supervisors License and her clients appreciate the informed and well-rounded perspective she brings to the table.

Liza is involved in the Harvey Foundation and is on their committee for the 3-on-3 Basketball Tournament each Spring at the Boys and Girls Club. Liza is also an avid runner and has recently run the Boston, Chicago and New York City marathons while fundraising for Spaulding Rehab in Charlestown, MA and Imerman Angels, a charity that provides one on one support for cancer fighters, survivors and their caregivers.
