A Lincoln, Massachusetts native, Liza has a long-running history with Nantucket as she grew up spending her summers in ’Sconset. Liza went to the University of Connecticut in Storrs, where she majored in Psychology and Sociology (perfect for a career in real estate!) and continued coming to Nantucket to work in the hospitality industry during her summer breaks. After graduating, Liza spent a few years working outside of Boston, but she yearned to be back on Island and ultimately decided to make Nantucket her year-round home in 2011.

Informed by her time as the Rental and Business Manager at a large real estate office on Nantucket and three years of experience in construction project management with one of the island’s premier builders, Liza has a wealth of real estate knowledge. Clients appreciate the benefits provided by her wide breadth of experience and the fact that Liza likes to ensure she discovers what they love about Nantucket to find them the perfect property with ease.

Liza is an avid runner and has recently run the Berlin and London Marathons. In the past, she has taken part in the Boston, Chicago, and New York City marathons while fundraising for Spaulding Rehab in Charlestown, MA, and Imerman Angels, a charity that provides one-on-one support for cancer fighters, survivors, and their caregivers.

Liza's Nantucket

For Liza, being surrounded by the ocean, nature, and the beauty of Nantucket has always been rejuvenating and inspiring. She fondly recalls the smell of the air and the feeling she got as a child when she stepped off the ferry and into her Nantucket summer. When she is helping her clients buy or rent homes, she always recalls that memory and understands their excitement and the importance of coming to Nantucket for their vacation or downtime.
