Even though brunch is not a new concept, Nantucket has perfected the art of brunch and we’re giving you the low down on some of the best spots. Whether you want family-friendly, casual, upscale or lively, this island has it all. Make sure to confirm with the restaurant if they are still serving brunch after Labor Day.

Restaurants that Serve Brunch in Nantucket

Cru | Sunday 11:30am – 4pm

For those looking for a waterfront hot spot, Cru has you covered. They fill up quickly, so be sure to get there early.

Proprietors | Sunday 10:00am – 1:30pm

Offering sharing plates, international dishes and craft cocktails, Proprietors is the ultimate farm-to-table experience on island. Using ingredients from small farms and producers raised specifically for the restaurant, you’ll be blown away by a meal here.

Company of the Cauldron | Sunday 11am – 2:30pm

You may have been to Company of the Cauldron for a special dinner, but did you know they also serve brunch? Recent menu items have included a Knuckle Sandwich, Liege Belgium Waffle and Croque Madame. The first round of their famous Company Popovers with Vermont butter and raspberry jam is on them!

Brant Point Grill | Sunday 10am – 2pm

The Brant Point Grill Brunch Buffet won’t disappoint. They offer omelet and carving stations, a make your own Bloody Mary bar and a kids’ corner with all their favorites. Brant Point Grill has something for everyone; don’t miss the notorious Lobster Bloody Mary!

Island Kitchen | Monday – Sunday 7am – 2pm

Voted by the Inquirer & Mirror and Boston Magazine as the best breakfast and brunch in 2018, Island Kitchen has recently updated their space, and it’s the perfect Sunday spot. With a big patio, outdoor bar, craft cocktails and a panko-crusted benedict dish… make sure IK is on your radar. They now have an ice cream and doughnut shop next door as a bonus.

Topper’s at the Wauwinet | Saturday & Sunday 11:30am â€“ 2pm

And finally, for a more formal setting try Topper’s at The Wauwinet Inn. They offer upscale East Coast dishes while dining along the Nantucket Bay. They’ve also received the Wine Spector Grand Award multiple times for their impressive selection, 1,450 wines to be exact. Topper’s Restaurant is the perfect place to unwind after a long week and you can’t beat the view.

Breeze Restaurant | Sunday 11am – 2pm

The Breeze Bar inside the Nantucket Hotel offers a leisurely brunch with live music and specializes in New England coastal cuisine.

Town Restaurant//Tree Bar | Monday – Sunday 11:30am – 3pm

Everyday is brunch day at Tree Bar. Located between Queequegs and Town, one of our favorite bars offers their brunch/lunch menu 7 days a week. From the lobster roll to the crab benedict, you can’t go wrong here.
