2025 Nantucket Property Tax Rates
The Town of Nantucket fiscal year 2025 tax rates are now published. They are calculated on a per $1,000 of total assessed value. For example, for a single family residential property assessed at $1,000,000, the total tax due would be $3,280 for 2025.
Residential: $3.28
Land: $3.11
Commercial: $5.56
