Olga Malahova

Olga Malahova has proudly called Nantucket home since 2012. She graduated from the American University in Bulgaria, majoring in Business Administration. Having visited the island as a college student in the summers prior, she was drawn to the island’s breathtaking landscapes and vibrant community. On the island, Olga has built a successful life alongside her husband, Adrian, who is part of the Brant Point Building and Property Management company, and their seven-year-old son, Dane, who reminds them daily of life’s simple joys.

Over the last decade, Olga has built a diverse and well-rounded career, gaining valuable experiences across multiple fields. Before joining Fisher Real Estate, she spent six years as a real estate agent in another firm, developing strong skills in client relationships, property transactions, and navigating the ever-changing market. She also took on the role of an office manager for a construction company, overseeing day-to-day operations, managing budgets, and keeping projects running smoothly. Along the way, Olga worked in tax preparation, helping clients tackle their taxes with ease. This mix of experiences has given Olga a unique skill set and a practical, hands-on approach to problem-solving.

Known for her professionalism and deep local expertise, she excels in guiding clients through buying, selling, renting, or investing. For Olga, Nantucket is not just a market; it’s a way of life.
