For the fourth time in two years, the record for the most expensive residential sale record on Nantucket (and in all of Massachusetts) has been reset to a new height. The off-market and waterfront sale of 68 and 72 Monomoy Road for $42 million surpassed the most recent record of $38 million set in June 2023, also in Monomoy. And this was after two record transactions in 2022 that bested the residential record that stood since 2010.
