The primary suite overlooks the pool and backyard, has grasscloth covered walls, a walk-in closet and spacious bathroom with an oval tub, separate glass shower and double sink vanity. There are also three additional bedrooms and a bathroom with a glass and tile shower and double sink vanity. A closet with a stackable washer/dryer complete the second floor.

The spacious family room greets you at the bottom of the stairs, accented with two TV's, 10' ceilings and an L-shaped bar with a refrigerator, beer tap and sink. Beyond is a room with two sets of built-in bunks offering full sized beds on the ground level and twin sized beds above, each with their own reading lamp. Stairs leading to each set of bunks have hidden drawers for storage. The bathroom on this level includes a shower and a full set of washer/dryers and beyond is a separate mechanical/storage room with internal and external access for ease of storing seasonal items.

The guest house is sited prominently at the back of the half-acre property with immediate access to the Madaket Road bike path for cycle enthusiasts. A covered porch leads one inside to the living room with a soaring ceiling, fireplace and the adjacent kitchen outfitted with Viking appliances. Beyond are two bedrooms which share a tub/shower hall bathroom, and beyond is a suite at the end of the hallway with a private shower bathroom.
