Behind the kitchen are another wing with a laundry room with sink, a back hall with a door that leads out to the driveway and a bedroom with a queen bed, French doors that lead out to the yard and pool area and an ensuite bathroom with a combination tub/shower.

Up the stairs to the right is a bedroom with twin beds, a window bench seat and an ensuite bathroom with a glass-enclosed tiled shower. The master bedroom at the back of the house has a king bed, two walk-in closets, a private deck and an ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub and glass-enclosed tiled shower. There are two additional guest bedrooms, one with twins and the other with a queen bed, each bedroom has a window seat and an ensuite bathroom with a combination tub/shower.

The finished lower level has a hand-crafted nautical style bar perfect for entertaining, as well as a television, a vintage PAC Man video arcade game, a separate gym and ping pong room. The lower level also has a commercial sized washer and dryer.

Guest House:
The guest house has a queen bedroom, a living room, kitchenette with a sink, washer and dryer, dishwasher and refrigerator and a bathroom with a combination tub/shower.
