The first floor is an open floor plan concept featuring a Chef’s Kitchen equipped with high-end appliances including a six burner Wolf stove, built in microwave, and a Subzero refrigerator with ice maker. The white cabinetry compliments the granite counter tops and the large island with four barstools. The kitchen area sight lines look across to a large farm table seating 12. The kitchen and dining area flow directly to a living area with comfortable seating to relax with a 65” flat screen TV and outdoor seating and dining area that seats 10. The first floor also includes a powder room and a combination office with desk and second living area for the kids. Off the kitchen there is a side entrance, pantry and mudroom area with beach supplies and plenty of storage.

First Master: (sleeps 2) King size bed, relaxing seating area with a love seat and two chairs, 55” TV, and an expansive walk in closet. The en suite master bath has an oversized shower and separate claw foot soaking tub, double sinks and a private water closet. The entire bathroom has Carrera white/grey marble surfaces. Master 2 (sleeps 3): King sized bed, and a twin daybed, 50” screen TV. The en suite bathroom includes a shower and tub with all grey limestone finishes. Second Floor Kids room (sleeps 4): Two Full Sized beds and an en suite bathroom and a shower and limestone surfaces. The second floor also has a laundry room with high capacity Washer and Dryer.

The Bunk Room has two sets of bunks (one full bed bunk and 3 twins), and sail bag chairs to this area comfortable and fun for children. This room also includes an en suite bathroom with double sinks and a shower. Second Bedroom: King sized bed with en suite bathroom. Entertaining area has 75” TV, seating area, foosball table, and wet bar area with a wine fridge. This level also has a laundry room with large capacity washer and dryer.
