2026 Nantucket Property Tax Rates

The Town of Nantucket fiscal year 2026 tax rates are now published. They are calculated on a per $1,000 of total assessed value. For example, for a single family residential property assessed at $1,000,000, the total tax due would be $3,120 for 2026.

Residential: $3.12

Land: $2.96

Commercial: $5.29
