The first floor has two large office spaces which in the past were used as retail space for an art gallery.  There is a also a single bay garage and a significant amount of storage on this floor.

Currently this space acts as the hub for the building. There is a spacious reception area with a kitchen attached. Off of the reception are three offices, one with a deck and an exterior stair case. On the opposite side of the building, there are two additional offices and an extra reception area. There are two sets of stairs to the third floor.

The third floor has three big office spaces with views of the harbor and a classic conference room.
