Casual Modern Elegance
Contemporary design and amenities make this an ideal Sconset vacation rental home. It truly defines casual modern elegance on a traditional island. Imagine waking up in this well-built, new construction home with great outdoor living spaces. Start your day by enjoying a cup of coffee or tea, looking out over the breathtaking new conservation area known as Ruddick Commons. You may not want to leave 318 Milestone Road at all! We have dreamed up some of our favorite things to do in and around Sconset to help you find ways to spend an ideal adult retreat on the eastern side of Nantucket.
Sconset Vacation Activities
Pick up your morning paper and a blueberry muffin at the ‘Sconset Market located only .6 miles away. Mid-morning your group might want to play a round at the well-maintained, pasture-style Siasconset Golf Club. Since the beaches in Sconset are some of the quietest on the island, you may not want to miss the relaxing beaches less than a mile from your vacation rental. Enjoy lunch on the sunny deck back at home and then head into town. It is only a bike ride away to pick up your fresh catch for dinner!
Your line-caught or store bought fish (we recommend Sayle’s Seafood) can be grilled outside or prepared in the open-air modern kitchen. Share your feast at the artfully designed wood dinner table. While you gather around the fireplace for a night cap, turn on the big screen to watch a movie, or end the day in the luxurious soaking tub. Once your head hits the pillow, dream about all the activities of the next day. The possibilities at your ‘Sconset vacation rental are endless.
Not that your imagination needs priming, but tomorrow could include a great game of tennis at the Casino and lunch at Claudette’s. Continue your outdoor activities with a stroll on the Cliff Walk or pedal your way to the Summer House pool. Finally, don’t end your Sconset vacation without waking up before sunrise and heading down to Codfish Park. This Nantucket Land Bank property is a great place to breath in the crisp, fresh air. Waking up to watch the sunrise on the eastern seaboard creates Nantucket memories that last a lifetime!
