Enter the home through the charming, covered porch into an open-concept living, kitchen, and dining area. The primary en-suite bedroom is located on the left side of the first floor. There is a den off the kitchen area, and to the right of the house, there is a laundry and mud area so you can tuck away your beach gear before you head out to enjoy the pool. The pool area features a fabulous bluestone patio surround, with plenty of space for lounging and relaxing in the sun, as well as a built-in grilling station, and for when you’re ready to escape the sun, a cabana complete with a wet bar.

On the second floor, there are two more bedrooms. One is en-suite, and the other accesses a bathroom off of the hallway. There is also a small bonus room that could be used as an office, playroom, art studio, etc.

In the cottage, vaulted ceilings in the living room and bedroom add luxury to an already lovely space. Featuring one bedroom and one and a half baths, your guests will want for nothing, as the full-sized kitchen and spacious rooms provide more than enough for one to be content. The en-suite bedroom upstairs features a walk-in shower and ample room for a desk. The cottage has its own laundry, driveway and private outdoor space.
