The first floor has the foyer, playroom and guest bedroom and bath.
The second floor offers an open kitchen, living room and dining area with an adjacent master bedroom. A large deck is accessible on the water side of the home with beautiful views of the harbor, Coatue/Coskata Reserve and the Wauwinet bend. Access to the beach is a minute away where you can swim in the water waters of the harbor in either direction.
