Enter via the back door into the kitchen and dining area. The dining table has seating for six people. There is a breakfast bar with stools facing the kitchen area. Toward the rear of the property is a living area with a couch and armchairs centered around the fireplace. In the front of the house there are two guestrooms. Each has a full bed, one of which has a trundle. They share a hall bath with a tub/shower.

Stairs from the dining area lead to the second floor master bedroom. It is a spacious room with a king bed and an en suite bathroom with a shower.
