Description

Originally built in 1746 this family estate was completed in 2018 after a three year historic restoration project by Georgantas Design and Development. With uncompromising quality, style and luxury in mind, this property consists of a main house and separate guest house, which can be rented individually or concurrently. First Floor:The first floor main entryway opens up to both the living room and guest bed one. Guest bed one has a king size bed and a full bath en-suite. Just inside the entrance is the historically preserved living room. Connecting to the living room is the open layout dining room with an expansive table that seats fourteen people. Next to the stairs heading towards the lower level is the office/library with powder room. Continuing towards the back of the first floor you will find the chefs kitchen and a mudroom. Just off the kitchen is the family room, which has seating for dining, powder room, television, and a fireplace. Double doors in the family room lead to the outdoor patio with furniture and a gas grill. The screened-in porch off the family room serves as another seating and dining option. To the side of the house is a large lawn and landscaped yard.
Second Floor:The second floor is comprised of both the master suite and guest bed two. The master suite has a California king bed and an en-suite bathroom with heated floors. Guest bed two has a queen bed and en en-suite full bath.
Lower Level:Upon entering the lower level, the den with shuffleboard, television, games, and books awaits. Directly off of the den is the home gym with a treadmill, weights, and a climbing wall for the kids. Heading through the den towards more living space is guest bed three, which includes a full en-suite bath and queen sized bed. The laundry room can be found next to guest bed three, featuring two sets of washer/dryers. Down the hall features a bunk room that includes six twin beds. There are two bathrooms that are directly outside the bunk room, one with a shower and one with a tub/shower combination.
