Sited on a quiet lane on the west side of town, 5 Powderhouse Lane is a quaint duplex cottage, offering a genuine Nantucket experience at an attractive price. There are two units, each rented separately, each with two bedrooms plus a loft as well as their own separate outdoor space with seating and a grill. Enjoy proximity to Main Street with all the shops, restaurants, and historic sites, as well as the calm waters of Jetties, Children's, and Steps Beaches along the north shore. So much is within easy reach without a car, but there is off-street parking should you choose to bring your car to explore a bit further.
The kitchen, dining room, and living room are located on the first floor, as well as a powder room. There are two bedrooms; one with a king bed and one with two twin beds, that share a full hall bath. Laundry is shared with the neighboring unit.
Upstairs there is a loft with a queen bed and a small sitting area.
