The convenient location of this 3-bedroom, 3-bath cottage make it the perfect rental choice! The back deck is equipped with a rattan couch for sunning and a large dining table and BBQ for dinners. The old-fashioned front porch has inviting rocking chairs and the backyard has plenty of running-around room for kids and (well-behaved) dogs. There is also a large slate patio that serves as the rear, and main, entry point for the house. This patio allows for an easy, post-beach space to drop sandy flip-flops and towels. All Dogs Welcome: Flerwin, named after the owner's yellow labs, Fletch and Irwin, welcomes dogs of all kinds. The only request is that they are very well behaved, potty-trained, stay off the furniture, and that the yard is kept pristine by always taking them for a walk off-premises.
