Both the dining room and the family room have french doors that lead to the bluestone patio with a gas grill, and a separate dining area around a gas fire pit. A laundry room with new high-performance LG washer and dryer and a sidekick washer is located off the kitchen. The bluestone patio has a Weber Genesis gas grill and seating for four around a gas fire pit. A teak table with seating for eight and two sun loungers are located on the lower brick patio in front of the cottage. The private back garden and expansive lawn is a great place to catch beautiful sunsets. There is also a large outdoor shower/dressing room with a separate spigot for washing sand off feet and beach items.

The upper foyer is a sun-filled sitting area and the perfect spot to curl up and read a book. The master bedroom has a queen bed, a fireplace, his and her closets, and an en suite bath with tub/shower combination and dual sinks. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a fireplace. The third bedroom has a fireplace and a double bed. The second and third bedrooms share a hall bath with a walk-in shower and ample cabinet and counter space. A fully stocked linen closet is also located on the second floor.

There are two large bedrooms located on this level. One with two twin beds and a large walk-in closet. The other has a twin trundle bed and a desk. Both bedrooms share a full bath with a shower.

The cottage has a bedroom on the lower level with a hand painted double bed and a closet. The upstairs is an open concept great room featuring a loveseat and chairs, TV area, a kitchenette, and a twin trundle bed in the shape of a speedboat. There is also a full bath with a shower.
