Not visible from the main residence with an acre of land between the two, the guest house overlooks the estate's 5,000 square foot, formal gardens from the back patio, the king bedroom and its private balcony. There’s a side lounging patio facing conservation land to the east and an adjacent deck with a large teak dining table that’s shaded amid lovely views of the gardens and surrounding greenery facing south. The home has a wrap-around porch in the front and to one side.

The estate's celebrated gardens are professionally managed with organic practices to deliver complimentary seasonal weekly vegetable harvests to residents from June through the great bounty weeks after Labor Day, potentially through Thanksgiving. The gardens are open to estate residents as a shared resource to explore and sample and are available for exclusive resident use by advanced reservation.

A versatile function barn is available to estate residents to rent separately. This five-bedroom guest house sleeps nine. The main residence is also available to rent, and sleeps twelve.

A recently renovated kitchen with an adjacent breakfast bar, wet bar and dining room. Plenty of coffee making options. A powder room. A sliding glass door from the dining room opens to the back deck, patio and nearby outdoor shower. There’s a comfortable living room with access to the spacious veranda. A door off the front hallway leads downstairs to a washer/dryer/folding station.

There’s a 4K television with Sonos sound bar in the living room with leading movie subscriptions through Apple TV (e.g., iTune Movies, AppleTV+, Prime Video, Netflix, Disney+). Movie purchases are on us to build the property library. A Sonos One in the kitchen can be taken outside when dining alfresco.

The kitchen has an iPad to control the Sonos speakers and has property instructions with information such as how to tour the gardens with our vegetable gardener and advice on local beaches and trails. The iPad also has links to island weather, tides, trail maps, yoga and Pilates classes, public golf, festivals, camps, restaurants and daily emails with island news.

The second floor has three bedrooms. A master suite with a king-size bed, a small private balcony and full private bathroom. Two bedrooms each with a queen bed share a full bathroom off the shared hallway.

Each second floor bedroom is equipped with a television with Roku loaded with cable access and the same subscription content applications as downstairs.

The third floor has two bedrooms, one with a full-size bed and one with two twin beds. The rooms share a full bathroom off a shared hallway. Each looks out to acres of conservation land.
