The cabana overlooks the 30 x 50 foot infinity pool and Weweeder Marsh. It has a comfortable sitting room, a loft with a futon and a powder room with a stacked washer and dryer. The cabana wet bar has a sink, wine fridge, and ice maker. There is a television equipped with cable and other content in the cabana bar that’s viewable from the pool deck. There are two outdoor showers nearby.

Outside the backyard hedge there’s a stone fire pit, a hammock grove and golf. Four tee locations provide residents with par three golf toward the single green from different angles and distances (120, 90, 60 and 30 yards). Obstacles include pitching over pines from below the infinity pool, shots straight down the fairway with rough that’s unforgiving on slices and a sand trap by the green. On site are hammocks, bocce and golf balls and equipment, including two righty par 3 club sets with universal putters (one lefty wedge).

The estate's celebrated formal gardens are professionally managed with organic practices. Residents enjoy complimentary seasonal weekly harvests to your doorstep from June through the great bounty weeks after Labor Day, potentially through Thanksgiving. Complimentary garden walk throughs can be arranged when the gardener is on site for harvests. The gardens are open 24/7 for residents to explore and sample, seat 12 at the garden table, and, if the property is rented by two separate parties, are available for resident exclusive use by advanced reservation.
