Enter the house via a mudroom with laundry and storage, leading to the kitchen which was renovated in the winter of 2022-2023. The kitchen includes new granite counters, refaced cabinets, new floors, and some new appliances. There is access off the kitchen to a side deck with gas grill. Also in the kitchen is a dining table with seating for 8. Off the kitchen on the front of the house are two bedrooms; one with a queen and one with two twins. These bedrooms share a full bath with tub/shower off the foyer next to the kitchen. Through the foyer is a comfortable living room with access to the back deck. There is an additional dining area off the side of the living room.

The second floor includes the primary suite with queen bed, private bathroom, and living area with a sofa and desk area. The sleeper sofa can accommodate two extra guests. This upstairs space is off the back of the house, providing privacy from the front downstairs bedrooms.
