The first floor features a large living, dining and kitchen area. The living room has a sectional couch (a sleeper sofa) and a flat screen TV. The dining table has seating for six. There is a full bath with a tub/shower and laundry. Off the back of the house is a sunroom with outdoor furniture. In the backyard there is a gas grill and outdoor shower.

Stairs lead to the second floor landing where there is a small work area with a desk and chair. There are two bedrooms on this level. One room has a queen bed with a picture window looking north with distant views of Madaket Harbor. The second bedroom has two twin beds which can be converted to a King, and this room also has a large picture window looking toward Madaket Harbor.
