The first floor is an open concept design with a beautiful kitchen which opens to a dining area with great ambient light and seating for 6-8. There are three living areas on this floor: one offers a large sectional sofa with flat screen tv; another has two large sofas in a sun-room vaulted ceilings and loads of light; the third offers four club chairs near the kitchen, perfect for gathering before or after meals. A wing off of the central living area leads to a mudroom and two bedrooms: a large master suite with spacious bath and a bedroom with two queens and ensuite bath.

The second floor has two ensuite bedrooms both with king beds. For overflow sleeping, there is a bunk room with 4 twin beds that is attached to one of the bedrooms. The bunk room and a king room share the same ensuite bath.

There are three en-suite bedrooms in the lower level, each with King beds. There is an additional living area.
