There is also a large living room with access to the backyard, a 12-14 person dining room, home office and a comfortable family room with a flat screen tv. Additionally, the master suite is found on the first floor with a king bed, large bathroom and access to the backyard from a separate patio.

The second floor offers multiple guest rooms and is perfect for extended family or weekend guests. From the sitting room there are three guest rooms; one with a queen bed, one with two full beds and one with a queen bed and trundle. This room is accessed by its own staircase making it its own private suite.

The Basement has a 4 full bed bunk room. with a walk in closet and bathroom. There is a TV room with built ins and a powder room.

The cottage offers a large family room that opens to the pool area and a covered porch with outdoor fire pit. The second floor has a master bedroom with queen bed and trundle with en suite bath. There is also an outdoor shower, making this is perfect place to spend a Nantucket summer day.
