Upon entering the staircase is directly ahead, and the LIVING ROOM with a fireplace is to the right.  Circling to the rear is the DEN with a fireplace, formerly the "birthing room", and then on to the KITCHEN which has new cabinets and stone counters.  There is also a LAVATORY off the KITCHEN.  To the left of the entrance hall is the DINING ROOM that seats eight - with another fireplace.  The brick PATIO, which is surrounded by gardens, has teak furniture and a dining table that seats 10.  Through the arbor is PARKING for two carefully-placed cars.

Up the stairs, the MASTER BEDROOM with a fireplace and a private BATH is in the front of the house.  There is a twin BEDROOM with another fireplace, and a shared BATH, and the third BEDROOM has a queen bed and backstairs to the kitchen.  There is central air on the second and third floors only.

There is a twin BEDROOM and a half BATH on the third floor.

The basement has a "potato" cellar that has been dug a bit deeper to hold the Buderus boiler.
