Enter through the dutch door into the living/dining area and instantly you are looking across the water. The cathedral ceiling and open rafters create a warm and airy ambiance. Directly across the room is another dutch door that accesses the waterside decks and boat slips. This room has both a wood stove and Rennai gas heater. The adjoining galley kitchen has modern appliances, is bright white with ample open shelving for flatware etc. Beyond the kitchen you'll pass a bunk room and then arrive is a very large king bedroom with full bath. All rooms have large picture windows overlooking the boat slips.

The entire 2nd floor is the master bedroom. It is accessed by an exterior stair case. This king bedroom has a private bathroom and private waterfront deck.

There are storage lockers attached to the exterior of the building that can hold all of your boating and beach equipment.
