Side A and Side B are separately metered and are fully independent of one another. Both have identical first-floor layouts; From the back parking area, enter into the kitchen with a dining area, full-size laundry machines, an owners closet and a powder room. Beyond is the living room and the front door entrance with access to the common vestibule.

Side A: At the top of the stairs is a hall bathroom with a glass shower, and beyond are two bedrooms, each with closets, flat-screen TVs and wall/floor units providing both heat and AC.

Side B: At the top of the stairs is a hall bathroom with a tub/shower, and beyond are two bedrooms, each with closets, flat-screen TVs and wall/floor units providing both heat and AC.

The crawl space is accessed by hatch/panel doors along the back wall of the property and leads to a space that has been recently insulated and includes a vapor barrier.

The outdoor shower is along the left-hand side of the property, for use of Side A. Both Side A and Side B have separate patio areas, independent of one another. The propane tanks are found above-ground, at the back of the driveway next to the trash enclosure.
