The main floor of the home has a bright, open quality that is created by the floor to ceiling windows and doors at the back of the house. These stretch from the rear of the kitchen, across the living room, and to the master suite. The light that comes in is tinged with the blue of the ocean that is a very present element of this home. The kitchen is quite large and stocked with all the quality equipment one expects (Wolf, SubZero, Asko). Lots of storage here. Adjacent to the living area is the master suite. It is a set of rooms composed of a sunny sitting area, central area with fireplace, and en-suite bath. This set of rooms is currently being used as a family room / den and it does this rather well.

At the top of the stair is a sunny sitting room with fireplace and office area. French doors open out to a deck with a sweeping view of the Atlantic.
