The first floor is comprised of approximately 3,840 square feet of shop area, with three open contractor bays that access a side driveway, each with 12-foot wide by 10-foot tall overhead garage doors. The first sixty feet of the main, first floor has a 20-foot clear ceiling height at the perimeter walls and 23-foot at center of the roof truss assembly. The main doors, located on the gable end, are 18'2" by 15'10" insulated barn doors. The electrical system has 200 amps total and is separately metered and for the main workshop and three contractor bays. There is also zoned, in-floor heating for each area. There is a full bathroom on this level.
